4. Contents:
Ordered materials, remaining space will be filled up with the stated fullfill-material. Fullfill material will be chosen depending on availability. Containers can also be filled with a mixture of materials (Sandstone and Redstone). Mixing with Limestone or Greystone is not possible.
5. Conclusion:
The order is sent to Lederleitner-Stone Austria (by FAX or Email), the customer receives from Lederleitner-Stone Austria confirmation on receipt of assignment. The order is sent on to Lederleitner-Stone India where the container is filled in correspondence to the order. After the ship has put to sea the customer will be forwarded a complete account of the ordered merchandise, the fullfill goods as well as the transport cost. The merchandise can only be delivered to the customer after the complete payment of the invoice. The customer will be charged for any extra expenses caused by stand fees/taxes due to late payment.
6. Delivery:
The customer has 2 hours to unload the container. The container must be swept before being returned. There will be an extra charge for each hour that`s started. A forklift truck will be necessary for unloading, and loading ramps are advisable. The one-way crates used for the delivery cannot be taken back and must be got rid of by the customer. The delivery ensues exclusively by our general terms and conditions (standard business condition).
7. Reclamation:
Reclamations must be directed in the form of a letter to Lederleitner-Stone Austria within a week of receipt of the delivery.
8. Refunds:
Container merchandise of any description is unquestionably non-refundable.
9. Materials:
The materials are delivered to the products specifications, however, the surfaces and edges (of hand-cut material) can show a tolerance of +/- 2 mm (In M/c) & +/- 5mm (In H/c).
